Keziah Lassiter (MNU) - Sources for parents???

What sources are there for Keziah Lassiter's parents? Wikitree lists the same as Geni Nathaniel P Walton, Jr. and Mary Ann Walton This just does not seem realistic either for the two of them to be married or partners as parents or parents of Keziah based on simple geography.

I am finding more unsourced profiles other than "Ancestry trees" that don't make sense. Lots of merges and changes on this one and not sure where it starts.
