The info on that same link with the info from the Hicks book has the chidlren of John Ross Adair listed just above and he did actually have a daughter named Narcena, but she has differetn birth and death info:
NARCENA ANN BERRY ADAIR, b. 1853, Dalton, Whitfield Co, GA; d. Aft. 1906.
Nothing is listed on that page regarding who this Narcena married.
It seems that the two Narcenas have gotten confused in this profile. Narcena who was John Ross Adair's daughter isn't the one who married Collins McDonald.
