It says that to be included one must fit a certain criteria. I don’t know if I didn’t read well enough but I don’t see any type of specific criteria given. I have somebody who is 1/4 their mother was half does that fit the criteria?
Cherokee do not use blood quantum but by the Cherokee records like the Dawes. If you check Talequah, Oklahoma, they need your census from 1930 back to the rolls with your direct ancestor.
