Captain John Browne, II - Wives?

LOL.. it's because I answered my own question about how do "mistakes" get locked. I was working in the Joyce Payne G... and had gone from Hannah Hobart and John Brown/John Rogers to her sister Bathsheba who 1st married John Leavitt (d. bf 1674) and 2nd husband Joseph Turner..

But I forgot to leave Hannah's profile.

FYI.. I notice that you found Hannah Collins wiggled her way in there... but 8 kids to the remaining John Brown and Hannah Hobart were born between 1678 and 1694 (he died in 1677)... so I will go through and see where they belong.

maybe the other John Brown and Hannah Collins... or maybe a different generation. That don't have family attached, so easy to move or unlink..

one problem that might help is that Hannah Hobart's husband John Brown has a locked birth date of 1642,. but Payne Joyce (and other sources) have his baptism at First Church of Salem on 16 Sep 1638. maybe it confused when people see profiles to merge

whereas the other John Brown who married Hannah Collins also has the same date.. AND the About comment makes it seem like he's the one who married Hannah Hobart. I will fix when I work on the kids (they are probably his and Hannah C)... but John who married Hannah Hobart still needs to change the birth date.

FYI.. maybe over time the 2 John Brown profiles have switched places which is why odd things are locked.
