That merge was undone but what a mess. There is a Discussion from earlier in the summer. It is of interest to me because my mom's mom is a Pratt and I wondered if I could see anything but the parent situation is now stuck at: Parents: Samuel Babcock (1720 - 1810) & Mary Babcock (Smith) (deceased) & Sybil Pratt (Wilson) (1723 - 1767), meaning someone has two names but also, the line is in dire need of assistance and probably needs a curator.

I am not making a specific request but just adding here if anyone has some time to look
Also, no relation to me as far as I can tell.

Above note pertains to Mary (Smith) Babcock I changed her name back from Sybil but she shows as:

and I cannot remove the Sybil wife relationship. It does not appear in the relationship edit. Maybe due to not enough time since unmerged but I am usually able to work on fixing something after an unmerge more quickly.

You beat me to reporting the mess of Samuel Babcocks....This morning I got a message from Jane Babcock letting me know of the merge errors which she had posted a message about in June. I did some correcting but then others stepped in too ugh. The children are mixed up and there were quite a few duplicates. I had no Idea what I had stepped into this morning anyways...Thanks for expalining some of what is going on in that tree.

There are five Samuel Babcock's listed as Patriots on DAR and I hope to add that information at some point regards Christina
