I cannot see the attached source, but from what i can see you are tight about these parents.
I found https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/GS9S-T3H, so it could be the parents are Arie Claesz and Grietje Japicks (but no source)

I found the birth record, Nov 22 1929, it is the parents suggested. Matrima, what does that mean? The name under that heading is Neeltie Claes.
