Irma Pappenheim - False use of name

If you are talking about your own name, you can edit your profile to change it.

If it's inaccurate then no one will know it's you, but you can correct it and/or privatize it in either case if you own the profile, which you probably don't own since you said you didn't add this profile. In that case you need to contact the profile manager to her such things done.

Are you talking about your profile on Geni, which I currently see as Irma Pappenheim?
Or what Profile(s) are you talking about?

John Andrew Grogan - people do not own profiles on Geni.
Each Geni user can control the profile that is of themself.
Any Public Profile on the World Tree can be edited by any Geni user.
Anyone can also edit any private profile in their Max Family that is not a Geni User.

Anyone can also edit any Profile they manage or that is managed by anyone in their zmax Family.

Hello Louis, Thank you. The way Irma Pappenheim worded her comment makes it sound as if the profile isn't hers but that someone else added it. She'll have to clarify that and remedy the situation herself.
