According to these to sources his father was Avraham:

"A conspicuous example is the Deutsch family; they did arrive
to Arad before 1800, coming from Koszeg, Hungary. The father Avram, started
commerce with grains, and the son Ignac (Eisik) amplified this business.
Bernat, in the next generation, continued to expand the assets of the family,
moving the site of the activity and the gravitational center to Pest. In 1838 Eisik
Deutsch became the agent in Arad of the insurance company "Assicurazioni
Generali" from Trieste ( 70 years later the writer Franz Kafka will be employed
as procurist by the company), and in 1844 he is listed on the board of directors
of the first bank in Arad (*45)."

The linked family tree also shows the same: https://www.ancestry.com/family-tree/person/tree/15933340/person/32...
with the father being named :
Abraham Deutsch
B:abt 1785 Kőszeg, Vas, Hungary
D:1865 Arad, Romania

and his mother:
Fanni Knopf.

Is there any other source which would show that his father was @Alexander Esaias Josef DEUTSCH of Simand, Arad as currently shown in the tree?

On further review Alexander Esaias Josef DEUTSCH Alexander Scheue Deutsch cannot be his father as he was only 13 when Ignac was born. Also his marriage here was in 1854, when he was 64, way after Ignac was born (1803). Will delete him as father of Ignac and substitute with Abraham Deutsch.
