I have just documentally solved the conflict on Liutold, Comte de Montbéliard
rightly married to Williberga, Countess of Montbéliard

the problem is that she shouldn't be married to Werigand (Wezzalin) von Istrien, Graf von Istrien-Frioul
in fact his wife should be the namesake Williburg Di Friuli
