John Bolitho Johns - Parents of John Bolitho JOHNS

I have a digital image of his baptism 26 August 1820 at Wendron,entry reads;
Baptism solemnized in the parish of Wendron, in the county of Cornwall in the year 1820
26th August John Bolith, son of Thomas and Mary Johns, abode Wendron, profession of father; Soldier.

The later baptism of his sister Mary Bolitho Johns gives the father Thomas Johns profession as a Blacksmith

I also have a certified copy of John Bolitho Johns marriage to Jane Jenkin;
1846 11 Feb 1846 at the Parish Church at Wendron, Cornwall.
Marriage was after Banns, witnesses were John Pascoe & Walter Pascoe Johns. He was a bachelor, full age, Miner, of Porkellis, son of Thomas Johns a Blacksmith & she of Lezarea, spinster, full age, daughter of James Jenkins, a miner. John Johns signed but Jane made her mark

At his second marriage to Elizabeth [Tresize/Williams/Oliver] he again gives his father's name as Thomas Johns & she gives hers as James Trezise.

I also have his death certificate recording his sudden and rather awful death. His wife is recorded, but the informant is not a family member & records his father as unknown.

Agree absolutely Leanne about William Johns & Sarah. They have no connection at all as far as I can see; I can't find any children for them at all.

Set 2 are the correct parents.
