Remove people incorrectly added to family members

Hi, we have a William (Guilimus) Bulcock son of Richard Bulcock 1634-1702 and Jane Baldwin 1645-1726.

William (Guilimus) Bulcock 1670-1671 is incorrectly showing a son John Bulcock 1697-?

William Guilimus Bulcock

and a pink block to "Add mother" but he already has a mother block for Jane Baldwin.

Both Daniel John Waddington and myself who manage these profiles, have tried to delete the mother block as well as the decendants, but we are not able to and would appreciate you correcting this for us by removing the descendants connect to William (Guilimus) Bulcock.
