Wife of Edward Floyd and Edward Floyd, Il

Mother of Ann Tanner

It looks like Edward Floyd married Elizabeth Ann Floyd their child Ann Tanner b abt 1610 m Abraham Tanner.

Edward Floyd, Il married unknown Forrest, widow Floyd and they had a “different” Ann Tanner daughter b abt 1664 m Joseph Tanner.

Cynthia Curtis, it appears my Ann Tanner line here needs to be fixed. Im not dealing with much genealogy right now. Have my plate full. I dont think my line is correct. Ive had 2 paid professional folks do some of my lines, and ive had to fix them. If i have time i will fix mine to reflect the other bc mine goes back to the other Ann too...but i am not researching at the moment. The correct Ann is also my Aunt through my Childers/Childress line. Sorry about the confusion.

One of those researchers i am talking about did my line to Matoaka too if that tells you anything. I need to hire someone else to go through my lines and recheck some stuff. One day maybe lol.

Which Ann Tanner did you use for this Cynthia?

Both-- but the "direct" is Ann Tanner

Ann Tanner (Floyd) is Cynthia Curtis (Hicks), A183502, US7875087's 10th great grandmother

And we share Edward Floyd as 11th GGF

Comparing Kit US7857087 (Cynthia Hicks Curtis) [23andMe] and Kit XK9447597 (Renee Marsh) [23andme]

Segment threshold size will be adjusted dynamically with an average of 200 SNPs. About 2/3 will occur between 185 and 214 SNPs.
Minimum segment cM to be included in total = 7.0 cM
Mismatch-bunching Limit will be adjusted to 60 percent of the segment threshold size for any given segment.

Chr B37 Start Pos'n B37 End Pos'n Centimorgans (cM) SNPs Segment threshold Bunch limit SNP Density Ratio
7 75,609,677 83,307,600 10 275 194 116 0.07

Largest segment = 10 cM

Total Half-Match segments (HIR) 10cM (0.278 Pct)
Estimated number of generations to MRCA = 5.3

Prolly not them but someone.
Full match. Remember?

And the other Ann Tanner is my 9th Great Aunt. I think this is correct for me now as well.

Prolly not what? Full match for you and I?

Found 10 matches that match both kit US7857087 and kit XK9447597
Two of these have a Gedcom.
I ran into her again here last week and made some merge requests. I'll run her Geni trek to you.
You can PM me

Beverly Renee Hallman Marsh, Gedmatch Kit #XK9447597 our MRCA is prolly not this couple.

Probably not...i think it is probably closer. Im a bit confused about the Brown woman that married into the Floyd line. Not sure that is correct. I remember something about that...but it could be that i needed to research her parents. I would have to pull up notes.

Actually it was the Brown female that married Joseph Tanner whose Mother was a Floyd i believe.
