Jacob Jacob Wiebe - Jacob J H Wiebe, 1835-1914

This Wiebe is erroneously identified on numerous Trees as the father of Jacob Jacob Wiebe, 1866-1921. Jacob J H Wiebe fathered 25 children though two marriages, starting in 1858 and ending in 1903. He moved to Canada in 1875, at which time he remarried and fathered 15. All his children accomanied him to Canada in 1875. Jacob Wiebe, 1866-1921 was 9 years old at the time of emigration in 1875. He surely would not have remained in Russia by himself when all this siblings accompanied their parents to Canada.
