   He married Diana 'Da-ye-ni', d. 1881.

WikiTree has no entry for this person? Nor do I find a profile for his purported spouse Diana 'Da-ye-ni'

He was purportedly the judge for the Goingsnake Massacre trial. I’ve seen a reference that his name is Blackhaw, not Blackhawk. There are a number of internet entries that mention only his name.
