As she is my great grandmother and she is listed in the 1880 US Census for West Liberty Morgan County KY and NOT in the 1900 Census But Abe Webb's 2nd wife Delcinia Hall Webb with their youngest child approximately 12 years old. Suffice it to say that she did not live until 1929. Ages are so mixed up that my grandfather is also not in the 1880 US Census but his (older?) sister Marry B is 2 of 12 months old June 5 1880 suffice it to say my grandfather would have been born 1881 and his sister in 1880. Although all of the dates and ages of the children in the 1900 census seems off.
