Hello, there are problems with this record for Ann Loxton. Her Birth had always been shown by her own Census entries as taking place in 1800 in North Wooton, Somersetshire. Never had she indicated that she had been born in that year and that Kent location as you are showing.
Check out the 1851 Census entry for Islington, Finsbury for verification.

That is also where Albert was bought up and where he married his wife, Elizabeth Grace Lintern.
She certainly is the sister of John Loxton and the daughter of John Loxton from the records we have seen.
One of our Genealogist family members has hinted that there is a Bastard Record (?) in St Cuthberts or the Wells Cathedral whereby John Rich acknowledged the Birth of Albert and committed to paying a small stipend to Ann for his upbringing, none of us have ever seen this document nor any other information that might link him to being the Father of Albert. It has certainly been a Family Fact that Albert's Father (whoever he might have been) got his Mother in the Family way when she was a housemaid for his family, but that doesn't carry any weight when putting verifiable information into the Tree Records.

I hope this information helps you in your Research.
