There are three Chackiels in Plungé, according to the 1784 all-Lithuania census. One of them was a Kahal Elder, which person we can set aside. The earliest person known in Plungé's Freiden line (Sora Freiden married Tzvi Hirsh Garb in 1847) was Khatskel. Perhaps the other two Chackiels on the 1784 census are the Garb Khatskel, and the Freiden Khatskel?
