Duplicate appearances

I cannot figure out how to deleted duplicate appearances in the overall tree of a husband and wife. There are NOT any duplicate profiles.

As you can see, both Meyer and Minnie appear twice in the overall tree. I've shown with an X the extra appearance of each of them. They should should be shown as married, per the blue line.

As you can see at the bottom of the screen shot, geni is offering to remove a connection so as to eliminate a "cycle", but what's being offered to be removed seems to be their actual correct parents and I'm afraid to do that removal for fear that the correct relationship, e.g. Samuel and Rachel as parents of Meyer, will also disappear.

I would love to have things arranged so as to conform to my edited screen shot.

Nothing is wrong. What is going on — I think I’m reading this right — is that a brother and a sister married a sister and a brother. So both of the Cohns are related to both of the Finesilvers two ways — the x2 is telling you that a person shows up in the tree two places. But there is only one profile of the person.

I have the same thing in my family. My grandfather Lindveit married my grandmother Elliott, and his Lindveit sister married my grandmother’s Elliott brother.

So. Nothing to fix.
