Can someone please verify if this William Eyre is the son of Thomas Eyre (of Hassop Eyres) and Prudence Blackwell

No. Thomas and prudence had a son named William, but he died without issue.

Funeral certificate for Thomas Eyre — children are listed, and only his son William has no spouse.
