Richard Ratliff/ Radcliffe Sr. and Elizabeth Black

Richard Ratliff/Radcliff and Elizabeth Black are my 2nd Great-Grandparents. I have been trying to find their parents for over 10 years. They were married in Talbot, Georgia in 1845. I can find documents after 1845 but none before 1845. Richard was born 1813 an according to military records in South Carolina and 1823 in Georgia, Elizabeth born 1826 in Georgia. Would appreciate any help. They had 10 children. Richard died in 1862 and was buried along a route they were on during Civil War in swallow grave due to reoccurrence with measles.
