Find A Grave indicates Samuel Taylor is Cherokee

There is no Samuel (or Joseph) Taylor on any of the Cherokee Rolls from his lifetime - not the 1835 Census, the 1848 Mullay Roll, the 1851-52 Siler/Chapman Rolls, or the 1869 Swetland Roll. If he was Cherokee he should be on every one of them. He is on the U.S. Census as far back as 1820, all listing him as a white man.
