Sarah Collins (Tapstock) - Is Sarah Tapscott the Mother John Collins who immigrated to South Australia

I have trouble matching Sarah Tapscot born in Culmstock Devon to the supposed father, Richard; especially one born in Mabe. The distance is to great for there to not be some extenuating circumstance. My best guess for a Richard would be oke born in Maker, that at least places him in the proximity of Bodim and close to Launceston where we begin to trace the family.

I tend to think that Richard and Sarah Tapscott are inclusions based on poor research when considereing distance and occupation.
