Good morning, I have done all the family line right up to the first immigrant to New France. However, when I look up Divin Dieudonné Régimbald, my husband's great-grandfather, I found in the Sarsfield Parish Registers (St-Hugues, Sarsfield, Ontario) that he was buried in their cemetery although there is no headstone. I was explained that the parish's cemetery was moved to a new location and that since Divin did not have a headstone, he must have remained in the old cemetery. I located his wife, Exilda Larose, very easily. She was buried with her son, Napoleon Régimbald, in the St-Mathieu cemetery, Hammond, Ontario. This is where I found most of Divin and Exilda's children. Was just wondering why they were not buried together? Would you have any additional information?
