I give and bequeath to my nephew Richard Lygon all my horse, mares orf ouls they not being given by my grandfather
Wit; Alice Harris, Mary Lygon, Sr., and Richard Lygon
Proven in Henrico Court June 2, 1679.

The Will was witnessed by Alice Harris, Thomas's stepmother and Richard Ligon his cousin, and Richard's mother Mary Harris Ligon, who was his half-sister.

The THOMAS HARRIS you have is not William Son. This is why I hate online family trees that are filled with errors and mislead other researchers
William Jr and his WIFE Mary birth of their children in St Peters Parish New Kent VA and Edward's wife Elizabeth and their children are in the Parish records. Based on my records and research Major William is my 8th g gf and Edward is my 7th. Large files on these Harris families
