Jewish women traditionally had two names, but one of them remained known only to close relatives. The surnames of women were not indicated in the metric books. If Khonel Mikhel already had a surname, then his surname was a maiden name of his daughter. Liba Rivka Fingerbren (Zelikovich) is most correct, of course.

As Khonel Mikhel had a first known child in 1833, he was likely born in 1810 if not earlier, and did not have a surname at birth. By the time Liba RIvka was born, he most certainly would have adopted one.

There is a very good chance that his father's name was Zelik (in English, Selig), but I have no records to substantiate that.

The name Selig translates from german as "blessed', it corresponds to a Hebrew name "Borukh" ("Barukh", yiddish "Brukh"), so may be Khonel Mikhel father's name was Borukh...
