Jacob Sharp 1765-1857 is most likely a Pierce from New England and most likely related to the Wellington and Manly families of New England. He is closely related by DNA to a Thomas Sharp of North Caroline, also probably not a Sharp. Check the DNA for Sharp and Pierce. We are not related to any Sharp, especially of New Jersey.
