William Murphrey’s will, dated 28 Jan 1736, and proved in Edgecombe Co., NC court May 1737, named daughters Mary, Martha and Esther; “kinsman” [brother-in-law?] William Hurst [husband of Christian McKinnie], Joseph Bradshaw; wife Ann, executor, with Jno. Edwards and Isaac Ricks. After Murphrey's death in 1737, Ann McKinnie md. William Taylor as his 2nd [perhaps 3rd?] wife.
