Sir Richard Baggallay PC (13 May 1816 – 13 November 1888), was a British Conservative politician and judge of the Court of Appeal.

Rt. Hon. Sir Richard Baggallay was born in 1816.2 He married Marianne Lacy, daughter of Henry Charles Lacy and Susanne Jebo, in 1847.2 He died in 1888.
