Rock Springs Miner no. 49 December 06, 1918 YOUNG MAN DIES FROM PNEUMONIA
The sad death of Aaron William Savela, the 16-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Savela, occurred last Saturday, from pneumonia following flu. He was only sick for a week and his death was a great shock to his family. Besides his parents he leaves two sisters, Mrs. R.M. Peterson and Mamie Savela, and two brothers, Elmer and Robert. His funeral was held from Ace’s undertaking parlors on Monday afternoon.

Aaron Savala, the sixteen-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Savala, who lived on West Flat, passed away last Saturday from the Spanish influenza. The funeral occurred on Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Ace parlors.
