Named in his father's will.
He is not the son of Samuel "Tennessee" Wilson and Sarah Moore who was born about 1751 and died about 27 May 1833.

This MAY be him, or he may not yet be listed as a patriot and we are awaiting descendants to add him but it is known that most of Robert and Eleanor Wilson's sons served in the American Revolution in some capacity:
