Entries in the probate file of James Cady, dated from 1733 to 1736, indicate that his widow, Abigail, was the executrix of his estate, and that Abigail, the widow, had married Samuel Whitmore. [1]

This death in the church records of Putnam could be this Abigail. Abigail, w. Samuel Whitmore, d. Sept 13, 1754, age 63. [2]
