Ogla was a nickname for Avigail (Source).

Abigail Ogla's parents are unknown. She has often been confused with Olka (Wolka/Olga) Wahl. See this discussion. Edward Gelles (here) does claim that Abigail Ogla was a Jaffe. However he provides no source for this. Whilst he doesn't go so far as to say she was a daughter of Rabbi Mordechai Jaffe - Levush, only a relative, it does seem to be a mistake.
