Recorded under Abriam Phillips of Bear Creek, Waupaca County Wisconsin land office Menasha April 10,1856 bought 95.69 acres in Outagamie County and recorded under the Abiron Phillips, Bear Creek Otagamie County and all these counties were then called Minnesota – Wisconsin Territory, with the land office in Menasha
