Abraham Justice

Abraham Justice was born in 1808 in either Lawrence or Floyd County Kentucky He was the son of John Justice and wife Sarah. He married (1) Susan Caldwell on May 17, 1827 in Lawrence County, Kentucky. She was born in 1812 and died in 1848. He married (2) Margaret Rice, daughter of Samuel Rice , Sr and Phoebe Hitchcock, on 22 April 1852. Abraham died c.1864 in Kentucky

Abraham appeared on the census of 1850 at Johnson County, Kentucky, listed as Abyram age 41 head of house. He appeared on the census of 1860 at Johnson County, Kentucky, listed as Abraham age 52 head of house.

Several of Abraham's siblings moved on to Kansas and raised families there but Abraham chose to remain in Kentucky.
