Brief Life History of Abraham Knobel
When Abraham Knobel was born on 5 April 1691, in Schwändi, Glarus Süd, Glarus, Switzerland, his father, Abraham Knobel, was 45, and his mother, Afra Jenny, was 35. He married Elsbeth Zopfi on 3 November 1719, in Glarus, Switzerland. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 1 daughter. He died on 14 February 1753, in his hometown, at the age of 61.
