  • Note: Abraham was son to Sjur. We know he had other siblings but Marthe Sjursdatter is not mentioned in Forde bygd.
• Se Jolst Soga: From Gjesdalen section, we know Marthe Sjursdatter Mo married Anders Andersen Gjesdal (f.1603) since she is noted in the skifte after Anders as being his 2nd wife. Interestingly, the skifte also indicates Guro was the datter of Anders Andersen Gjesdal from his first wife. So Abraham married his sister's husband's datter from his first marriage.
