He married Rachel CAYKENDALL Sussex County, New Jersey, 31 AUG 1803. (Rachel CAYKENDALL is #894.) Rachel was the daughter of (-----) CAYKENDALL. Rachel died 10 OCT 1841 Cayuga (now Tompkins) County, New York. He married Elizabeth PAINE Cayuga (now Tompkins) County, New York, 03 JAN 1843. (Elizabeth PAINE is #906.) Elizabeth was the daughter of David PAINE. He resided Cayuga (now Tompkins) County, New York ABT 1811. "He was a farmer by occupation; and he also worked at shoe-making. He could play the violin. About the year 1848, he made a visit to Ohio to see his relatives, but he never moved from New York State. He died in Steuben County, New York, Jan. 3, 1867, at the advanced age of 92.
