Ada S. Hershberger

MILLERSBURG -- Ada S. Miller, 90, 8192 Township Road 652, Millersburg, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2016, at her home.

She was born in Holmes County on Aug. 18, 1925, to the late Sam J. and Mattie (Hershberger) Hershberger and married Ben M. Miller on Jan. 11, 1951. He died Aug. 7, 2010.

She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

Surviving are children, Dennis (Mary) Miller of Millersburg, Anna (Neil) Miller of Fredericksburg, Iva (Atlee) Troyer of Sugarcreek, Katie Mae (Dan) Troyer of Millersburg and Myron (Mary Catherine) Miller of the home; 18 grandchildren,, and 25 great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Amanda Hershberger of Millersburg.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Nancy and Katie Ann; and brothers, Atlee, Emanuel, John and Dan.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 9 a.m. at the family residence, with Bishop LeRoy E. Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Hershberger Cemetery, Paint Township, Holmes County. Friends may call anytime at the family residence. Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton, is handling arrangements.
