Adalgis or Adelchis (c. 740 – 788) was an associate king of the Lombards from August 759, reigning with his father, Desiderius, until their deposition in June 774.[1] His mother was Ansa. He is also remembered today as the hero of the play Adelchi (1822) by Alessandro Manzoni.

Desiderius married Ansa (or Ansia) and, as well as a son, had four daughters:
- Anselperga (or Anselberga), abbess of San Salvatore monastery of Brescia
- Adelperga (or Adelberga), married Arechis II of Benevento
- Liutperga (also Liutpirc or Liutberga), married Tassilo III of Bavaria
- Desiderata married Charlemagne in 770 and was repudiated (a medieval form of divorce) in 771.
- Adelchis (or Adalgis), patrician in Constantinople.
Gerberga is not proved as a daughter.
