she m3. Sep 4, 1644, Willem Bredenbent/Bredenbend/Braden-Bent, from Cologne (no issue).

Bradenbent was School Fiscaal - 1638, New Amsterdam. Schepen, Brooklyn - 1654..1664. He owned a farm at Gravesend. No children. She was, at the time of her death, the wealthiest individual living in the Province of New York. Thomas was the Treasurer of The Dutch West India Company. Cornelis had daughters, who m. Gerret Wolfertszen Van Couwenhoven, and Claes Jansen van Enden, who were covered by a pre-nuptual agreement of Aeltje's m3, with respect to his property, including a plantation in Gowanus.

She probably came to America with her daughter, Mary before 1636.

Aeltje was married three times: 1) 1606, Thomas Baddie [II], of French descent, b. 1585-87 (two children – Thomas [III] and Marrietje) 2) 1637, Cornelius Lambertse Cool (d. ca. Nov 1643) 3) Sept 4, 1644, Willem Bredenbent/Bredenbend/Braden-Bent, from Cologne (no children).

She probably came to New Amsterdam about 1630 with her daughter Marrietje (Mary) and son Thomas [III]. At the time of her death, she was the wealthiest individual living in the Province of New York.
