At their large, handsome, and magnificent Store, 181 East Water Street, recently erected by themselves, to meet with the increasing wants of their customers where may be found every article suitable to the wants of a family , or the capricious taste of the most fastidious. One of the firm is constantly in the new York, Boston, and Philadelphia markets and as we have more facilities in buying Goods than any other Western House, purchasing mostly for Cash, and only of Importers, Manufacturers, and at large Auction Sales, and importing a great many Goods ourselves, we can safely say, that we can and will sell Goods much lower than any other house in town.

The official records of the 1860 U.S Census of Wisconsin lists several Delahunts in Milwaukee’s Third Ward (microfilm roll #1422).
On page 31 it lists a Fitzgerald who may be connected:
Thomas Fitzgerald, age 60, gardener, value of personal estate: $300.00, place of birth: Ireland.
On page 37 is a family that includes some relatives of Patrick Delahunt’s, but not Patrick (who has not yet been found elsewhere in the 1860 census):
In the 218th dwelling in order of visitation, 211th “family in order of visitation.
