Not the daughter of Boyley Fellows & Alice Gregory

From the wording of his father's will, it is obvious that Richard Clements married the widow Agnes Fellows, her surname being unknown. Further proof that Agnes was a widow comes from the fact that her estate was administered by one William Fellows. According to English law for that period, the administrator had to be her eldest son. Since Robert Clements, her eldest son by Richard Clements was not named, evidently William Fellows was her eldest son by a previous marriage (Pillsbury Ancestry, pp. 547-548).

Death: (1a) Administration of her estate granted at Leicester, 7 Aug 1619, to William Fellowes of Enderby. Called "Agnes Clements of Huncote." (NOTE: Her son Robert was living in Huncote at the time, as well as other Clements relatives.)

(1) 1606, 25 May: In his will, her father-in-law Robert Clements left 3s. 4d. to each of his son Richard's wife's two sons.
