NOTE: In the 1930 Census, her last name is "Ah Chin", giving documentation that "Ah Chin" was her father, not Samuel Makekau. Also, during these 3 Federal Census, she did not live with her mother and Samuel Makekau, she lived with her grandparents (her mother's parents). Also, unable to find any documentation for her mother for the 1930s and 1940s U.S.Federal Census. Her mother is registered on the 1920 U.S.Federal Census as being married to Samuel Makekau and while some family trees have her mother as dying in 1918, the 1920 Census shows this 1918 death date to be wrong.
