About Agnes Phippen
Miss Agnes Elizabeth Tobin was united in marriage on April 21, 1910, to Mr. Edward James Phippen in Kansas City, Missouri. She made her home at 704 North 16th Street in Kansas City, Kansas, and was a lifelong resident. Agnes was a member of St. Peter's Cathedral, its Altar Society, the Catholic Order of Foresters and St. Vincent's Orphanage Guild.
Mrs. Agnes Phippen passed away Friday morning, May 6, 1960, at her home. Her husband, Edward, passed away in 1941. Left to mourn her loss was her son, Edward Phippen, of 2612 Madison; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Breitenstein and Miss Alice Phippen, both of the home, and Mrs. Margaret Lewis, of Bucyrus, Kas., and 13 grandchildren.
