About Alexander Earl Burleigh
Al flew a B-17 bomber during World War II. Also B-24 B-25 P-38 C-54 C-47 from Love Field. He was away in Europe when his little boy fell out of a window and was killed. Al was a Lt. Colonel in the Air Force.
After the war, I'm told he could make money at anything he did. He had a car dealership in Needles CA, and later a gas station on 6th Street in Los Angeles.
