Alexander W. Sommer, 73, of Trumbauersville, died May 10 in Grand View Hospital, West Rockhill Township. He was married to Doris S. (Shelly) Sommer for 52 years last August. He was a machinist for U.S. Gauge/Ametek Division, Sellersville, before retiring in 1996 and was a self-employed TV and appliance repairman. He was a member of the International Machinist and Aerospace Workers Association.
