Rank P.V.T Charged with desertion and breaking guard on 7/25/1863;changed to AWOL. Found guilty and sentenced to HARD LABOR on the fortifications for 6 months with pay suspended. Died at Castle Thunder Richmond Va. 8/21/1863 from Hepatitis.
