About Alice Ennis
LITTLE PRAIRIE--(Special)--Relatives here received word last week of the sudden death of Mrs. Aylmer Ennis, 66, of Granville N. D., on Wednesday, December 13, at the Minot city hospital. Alice Workman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Workman grew up on the farm now occupied by the Earl J. Rice family and attended the Forest school in District 29. She married Aylmer Ennis and the young couple made their first home in Faribault, shortly before moving to Dundas from where they went to North Dakota, locating in Granville where they since made their home. Mr. and Mrs. Ennis visited relatives here during the past summer as well as the previous fall. In addition to the husband, survivors include four sons, Earl of Berthold, Lester, Harold and Richard, all of Minot and four daughters, Mrs. Theresa Olson of Riverdale, N. D., Mrs. Charles Erickson (Alma) of Granville, N. D., Mrs. Philip Lawson, (Orpha) of Donnybrook and Mrs. Wilfred Perron, (Mabel), also of Donnybrook. Also living are four sisters, Mrs. Simon Barrigar and Mrs. Joe Barrigar of California, Mrs. Clara Carroll of Northfield and Ethel. One brother, Ernest Workman of Faribault, also survivies. One son, Verne was killed in service during World War II.
