wife of Robert Lane

Robert Lane’s will was dated 4 July 1542 and proved 11 June 1543.[1][2]

In his will, he identifies daughters Annes Page and Margaret Thorpe, and his son and executor Thomas, as well as some of their family. He does not mention his wife.[1]

Children (based on his will):[1]

1. Thomas, married Alice, had daughter Elyne, was living in 1542.
2. Annes, married William Page, had son John, was living in 1542.
3. Margaret, married Edward Thorpe, had son John, was living in 1542.
