Having already started to do so, I did find online (so take with caution) a bit of HEATH genealogy. HEATH has now appeared twice in connection to William Lee/Lea and Alice/Mary Felton so I wanted to check it out. First, the indenture of land in 1660 from William and Alice Lee (widow of Thomas Felton) provides for the land to be transfered to a William Heath. Then, Hugh mentioned that the LEE family legally went after a Mary Heath when William Lee (Mrs Felton's husband) left his estate to her.
Could William Heath and Mary Heath have been connected? Likely. A Thomas Heath born 1665 Northumberland Co, VA married a Mary Lee, who may be the daughter of William Lee and Alice Felton Lee.

Controversy regarding William Lee ? Married with Children that became Southern Georgia Branch or died unmarried & without children
According th the Lee Family Digital Archive" " William (born c. 1651–c. 1697), who died without marrying. William, to whom his father willed his Maryland lands, served as a family business agent in Virginia as well as a justice and a captain in the militia. Like his father, he was elected to the Virginia House of Burgesses. William caused some excitement when he left his entire estate to a young widow, Mary Heath, who after entering into the inheritance remarried, to one Bartholomew Schreever. William Lee’s estate returned to the family after Richard the Scholar convinced the Virginia courts that the Immigrant’s will had limited his legacies to William for the term of his life only.Family Digital Archive, "
According to "Decendants of John Lee" - In 1988 William Thorndale (National Genealogical Society Quarterly, 76-4, pp253-267) established "beyond question" the parentage of the emigrant COL Richard Lee and his subsequent off-spring, which indicates that William C. Lee, son of Richard & Anne Constable Lee, was married ( spouse not identified) and had a daughter Mary Lee [see below**]. This fits with research that I have found which shows that William C. Lee married Alice Felton between 1672 & 1675. From this marriage came 8 children- one of whom is my ancestor Richard Lee 1677-1726. In some family histories there appears to be another child Micheal Lee born in 1747 however this would be after William's death in 1696 and Alice Felton's death in 1703 [Historical record of marriage exists] so this is questionable. From the Wikipedia page "Academic dictionaries & encylopedias: Richard Lee I is found:"#Capt. William Lee (1651-1696), married Alice Felton in 1675 and fathered four children by her." From my resarch using Ancestry.com resources, the children of William C. Lee are: Mary 1672-1731, Richard 1677 - 1726, John 1677-1731, William I 1682-1717. Jean Jane Lee 1682, Olivia 1682, Sarah 1688, Nancy 1690 do not appear to have survivied infancy. Michael 1747 (?). Research to continue.
